Got the turbo & 5 speed swapped 'vert fired up and drove home yesterday just as the snow was starting to fall. Both Zeds are now safely tucked away for winter: 
After many delays and setbacks, got it fired and moving. Next time I do this, I go with new parts... Too many issues with some of the used ones I'd been saving for the swap. Still have issues to sort out and accessories to install, but that'll be next springs project. In the meantime, time for a winter's nap:
